Bijan Kumar Dash Resigns as Company Secretary of Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores

Bijan Kumar Dash has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited due to personal reasons, with effect from November 20, 2023.

Bijan Kumar Dash has nearly 20 years of experience in managing various functions, including Corporate Governance, Secretarial, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit. Dash joined Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores as CS and Compliance Officer on March 1, 2021. Prior to this he worked with well-known organisations such as VST Industries Limited, NSL Sugars Limited, and Creamline Dairy Products Limited, among others. He is a qualified Company Secretary and Cost Accountant with a Diploma in IFR.
