Bhawna Agarwal Resigns as Independent Director of Max India

Bhawna Agarwal has tendered her resignation as an Independent Director of Max India Limited (MIL), with effect from October 12, 2023, due to her other professional commitments.

Bhawna Agarwal has more than 20 years of experience. She has worked at big media companies, internet firms, and startups, holding key roles at NDTV Gadgets, Yatra.com, Seventymm, and Times Internet. In her most recent role as the CEO of NDTV Gadgets, she made it the top digital tech platform in India. Currently, she is part of the senior team at HPE, focusing on growth and change. She actively supports the startup community in India, offering guidance to new digital businesses and helping with their strategies. She’s also on the advisory boards of several ventures. She’s an alumna of Harvard Business School and has received several awards, including being recognised as one of Asia’s top CEOs in 2017. She’s a leader in innovation, and her skills have been celebrated in various ways over the years.
