Krishna Kumar has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of BGR Energy Systems Ltd on 30th May 2023.

Aged 49, S.Krishna Kumar is is a Member of ICSI since 1997 and possesses more than two and half decades of professional experience in the industry and has been associated with leading business groups/corporates in public & private sectors, manufacturing, and service industries, and financial services including L&T Financial Services, IL&FS, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. He has rich and diversified experience in various areas including legal, corporate laws & compliance management, corporate secretarial, corporate affairs, risk management, investor relations, taxation, finance, treasury, and financial services at the group level with large and diverse businesses, products, and services.
