BGR Energy Systems’ Independent Directors Resign

BGR Energy System announced that, on February 23, 2024, M. Gopalakrishna submitted his resignation as the Independent Director due to personal reasons. S. A. Bohra followed suit on February 24, 2024, resigning as the Independent Director with immediate effect due to personal reasons. Similarly, Gnana Rajasekaran tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the company on February 26, 2024, with immediate effect, citing personal reasons. S. R. Tagat also resigned as the Independent Director on February 26, 2024, citing personal reasons.
