Avinash Gupta and Natrajan Ramakrishna Join Stove Kraft Limited as IDs, Shuba Rao Mayya Appointed Chairperson

Stove Kraft Limited, a prominent kitchen appliances manufacturer, has appointed Avinash Gupta and Natrajan Ramakrishna as Independent Directors for a five-year term starting May 29, 2023. Gupta brings over 30 years of global financial services experience, having held leadership positions at HSBC, UBS, Citibank, and Deloitte India. Ramakrishna, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brings 40 years of accounting expertise, specialising in GAAP, IFRS, IndAS, and Auditing. Their strong track records in their fields will contribute valuable insights to the company.
In addition, Shuba Rao Mayya has been named the new Chairperson of Stove Kraft Limited, effective June 1, 2023. Mayya, a Chartered Accountant with prior experience at ICICI Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, and Tata Services Limited, also serves as a Director on the board ofHappiest Minds Technologies Limited and Ace Manufacturing System Limited .
Meanwhile, Lakshmikant Gupta, previously serving as the Chairperson and Independent Director, will conclude his role on May 31, 2023. Gupta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Postgraduate diploma in Business Management.
