Astec Lifesciences Reappoints Anurag Roy as CEO

On March 9, 2024, shareholders of Astec Lifesciences Limited approved the reappointment of Anurag Roy as the whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer for three years, with effect from July 28, 2024.

Anurag Roy has more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and has worked with DSM, Dr. Reddy’s Labs, BASF, and Jubilant Life Sciences. Roy has overseen numerous manufacturing and supply operations, as well as managed contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs). Prior to joining Astec LifeSciences Limited, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Contract Research and Manufacturing Services (CRAMS) at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. He completed his MBA from Columbia Business School, USA.
