Astec Lifesciences’ CFO Krishnamurthy Suryanarayan Resigned

The Board of Astec Lifesciences Limited has noted the resignation of Krishnamurthy Suryanarayan from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from May 3, 2024.

In the meantime, Vijay K. Khot has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the company, with effect from May 2, 2024, on account of his advancing age.

K. Suryanarayan is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and joined Astec Lifesciences in April 2023. Earlier, he worked with Parag Milks Foods as CFO, CEAT Limited as Vice President Finance, and Godrej Consumer Products as Head of Treasury and Africa Finance.
