Ashish N. Chandak Succeeds Issac E.A. As CCO Of Manappuram Finance
Ashish N. Chandak has been appointed as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Manappuram Finance Limited, with effect from June 20, 2026, while continuing as the Group CCO and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP).
Further, Issac E.A. has retired as CCO of the company upon completion of his tenure, effective June 19, 2026.
Most recently, Chandak worked as an Independent Consultant, Advisor, and Trainer, supporting organisations on governance, risk, and compliance matters. He spent over 15 years at YES Bank, where he served in senior leadership roles, including Head of Fraud Risk Management and CCO. Earlier in his career, he held positions at IDFC and worked across corporate banking and infrastructure finance. He is a banking and risk management professional with around three decades of experience across business development, credit risk, governance, compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud risk management. Chandak holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from M.S. University, Baroda, where he was a Gold Medallist.
