Arnob Roy Appointed As CEO & MD Of Tejas Networks, A.V.S. Prasad As CFO & Preetham Uthaiah As COO
Arnob Roy, currently the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) and Executive Director, has been appointed as CEO and Managing Director (MD) of Tejas Networks Limited, effective April 15, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Further, A.V.S. Prasad has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, with effect from May 16, 2026. He will succeed Sumit Dhingra, who has resigned and will step down as CFO effective May 15, 2026.
Additionally, Preetham Uthaiah has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company, with effect from April 15, 2026.
Meanwhile, Srikumar Vijayasekharan has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of the company, with effect from April 15, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders. P.R. Ramesh has resigned as an Independent Director of the company, effective April 18, 2026.
Arnob Roy has over 30 years of experience in the high-technology sector, spanning research and development, operations, and sales. He served as Executive Director and COO of Tejas Network since March 25, 2019. His experience includes roles across business functions, with involvement in operational processes, product development, and market-facing activities within the technology industry.
A.V.S. Prasad is the Finance Controller of the company with over 27 years of experience within the Tata Group across telecom, aerostructure, and defence sectors. He has held leadership roles for over 15 years, including positions as CFO and Financial Controller. He is a Company Secretary and Cost and Management Accountant, with experience in corporate finance, financial controllership, treasury management, regulatory compliance, internal audit, and Corporate Governance. His experience also includes work in business planning, commercial contracts, and stakeholder management, along with involvement in startup operations and building finance teams.
Preetham Uthaiah is Vice President (VP) of Product Management for wireless products at Tejas Networks. Before this, he served as EVP for product management, marketing and strategy at Saankhya Labs. He has also worked with Tech Mahindra in leadership roles across India and the US. He has experience in product and programme management for wireless solutions within the organisation. He has around three decades of experience across engineering, product management, and business development in India and the United States. He holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BE in Electronics and Communications from Karnatak University.
Srikumar Vijayasekharan served as COO of Deloitte South Asia from 2015 to 2023, where he was part of the leadership team and oversaw functions including finance, IT, infrastructure, business planning, strategy implementation, and succession planning, along with operations across South Asia practices. As an Audit and Assurance partner, he has worked with clients across manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, technology, media, telecommunications, and consumer sectors. He has been a member of the South Asia Board of Deloitte and a Director on the Deloitte Foundation. From 2023 to 2025, he served as Advisor to the South Asia CEO. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in audit and assurance, operations, governance, and strategy.
