Arnab Goswamy Appointed as CFO at Punjab & Sind Bank

Arnab Goswamy has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Punjab & Sind Bank for three years, with effect from April 3, 2024. He replaced Mahima Agarwal.

Goswamy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He started his banking career with West Bengal State Co-operative Bank as a Grade III officer. Thereafter, he worked at IndusInd Bank and ICICI Bank. Prior to joining Punjab & Sind Bank, he was associated with Bandhan Bank as Vice President. In a career spanning over two decades, he has experience in the banking sector across Finance and Accounting, Banking Operations, MIS and Financial Analysis, Reconciliation, System and Process Management, Regulatory Reporting, Treasury Operations, Credit Underwriting, Stress Asset Management, IT Transformation, Corporate and Retail Banking, Business Planning and Budgeting, Internal Audit, Compliance, Key Accounts Management, and Team Management. He also managed to implement various business strategies and formulate strategies and segment-wise business plans to facilitate the attainment of business targets and drive initiatives for achieving business excellence through monitoring, variance analysis, profitability ratios, etc.
