Angna Arora Appointed As Company Secretary Of LTIMindtree

The Board of Directors of LTIMindtree Limited has approved the appointment of Angna Arora as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from December 11, 2023.

Arora is a qualified Company Secretary and has more than 19 years of experience in industries like Information Technology, Media and Entertainment in the secretarial and compliance functions. She joined the company in 2011 and has been instrumental in getting the company listed in 2016 besides leading various acquisitions, mergers, expansion through setting up and restructuring entities, and strengthening the corporate governance in the company.
