Anant Maheshwari Resigns Independent Director of Hindalco Industries

Anant Maheshwari has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of Hindalco Industries Limited with effect from October 18, 2023, due to personal reasons. Maheshwari has worked in various industries, such as technology, industrial, and management consulting. Currently, he is the President and CEO of Honeywell’s business in different regions, including China, India, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. He also worked with Microsoft India as President. He is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and has held important positions in organisations like NASSCOM and CII. He earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
