An entrepreneur of Indian origin will run the Tubi streaming service

Anjali Sud, an entrepreneur of Indian descent from New York, will follow Farhad Massoudi as the new CEO of Tubi, the free, ad-supported TV streaming service owned by Fox Corporation. The Fox-owned firm, which recently became the most popular free ad-supported TV streaming service in the US, announced Sud’s appointment on 17th July 2023. It will take effect on September 1.

According to a press announcement from the company, Sud, the outgoing CEO of Vimeo, which provides video hosting, sharing, and services platforms, will take over for Massoudi, founder and CEO of Tubi.

In the last ten years, Sud, the departing CEO of Vimeo, reportedly made it possible for people all around the world to create and distribute high-quality material. Sud worked in finance, media, and e-commerce at Time Warner and Amazon prior to her time at Vimeo.
