Amrutanjan Healthcare’s Director Dr PS Murthi passed away

Dr Pasumarthi Sathyanarayana Murthi, Non-executive Non-Independent Director of the Amrutanjan Healthcare Ltd, passed away on 9th April 2023. Dr Murthi was also a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the board.
