Amol Babulal Taori Appointed As Director Of Finance At Power Grid Corporation; Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi Retires

Amol Babulal Taori has been appointed as Director of Finance at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, effective August 18, 2026.

Meanwhile, Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi has retired as the company’s Director of Personnel, effective August 18, 2026.

Before joining Power Grid, Amol Babulal Taori served as Executive Director (In-charge) – International Trade at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). His responsibilities included crude procurement, product imports and exports, shipping arrangements and oil price risk management. He also managed HPCL’s corporate treasury for over a decade and led the company’s first US dollar bond issue. He conceptualised the Oil Bond Swap and facilitated HPCL’s foreign currency swaps and revolving credit facility. He has represented HPCL at global equity and debt roadshows and served on the board of HPCL Middle East FZCO, Dubai. He is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience across finance, treasury, international trade, marketing and compensation management.
