Alok Kumar Jagnani Appointed CFO of Thyrocare

Thyrocare Technologies’ board has approved the appointment of Alok Kumar Jagnani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from August 9, 2023. Jagnani has more than 20 years of experience in large manufacturing and service industries. He has worked in various roles such as Corporate Assurance and Risk Management, Internal Control & SOX, Retail Governance, Head of Finance, and Finance Controller for large companies.

Before joining Thyrocare, Jagnani worked as Finance Controller at Greencell Group, a leading EV company. There, he oversaw various aspects of the Finance department, including Accounting, MIS, FP&A, Treasury, and Inventory Management. Prior to that, he worked with Vodafone Idea Limited and Tata Steel Ltd.

He has a background in handling Merger Due Diligence, Pre and Post-Merger Integration, Business and Process Transformation, Shared Service Centre Setup, and KPI Monitoring. He has also led GST (VAT) implementation projects, managing ERP/IT-related changes and communication.
