Alok Jhawar Appointed CFO of Asahi Songwon Colors

The Board of Directors of Asahi Songwon Colors Limited has appointed Alok Jhawar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with effect from October 11, 2023. Jhawar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years of experience in financial and strategic Planning, Accounting and Assurance, Treasury, Taxation, Corporate Governance and Risk Management. Prior to joining Asahi Songwon Colors as V.P.-Finance, he worked with Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Reliance Industries, BG Group, and Pipeline Infrastructure. In his last assignment, he was designated as Chief Financial Officer with Darwin Platform Group.
