Jai Diwanji has been appointed as an Independent Director of the company for a period of 5 years effective May 5th, 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Cambridge (England) and a Business Service Management degree from Tulane University (New Orleans). Jai Diwanji is an advocate with over 25 years of experience and is currently a partner at Desai & Diwanji, an Indian law firm. His expertise lies in advising corporates on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate law. He is also serving as an Independent Director on the board of several other companies.
