Ajmera Realty & Infra India’s Company Secretary- Kartik Sharma Resigns

Kartik Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited has tendered his resignation and will be relieved from the services on March 21, 2024.

Kartik Sharma is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has experience in corporate governance, listing compliance, and compliance with the Companies Act of 2013, SAST, PIT, and other corporate laws. He served as the company secretary and compliance officer for KSS Limited (formerly K Sera Sera Limited) before joining Ajmera. Kartik Sharma graduated from Rajasthan University with a Master’s in Commerce and Law.
