A New Policy For Changing Rules Issued By MCA

In accordance with a policy released by the Corporate Affairs Ministry (MCA), existing rules and regulations prescribed under legislation administered by the ministry will be reviewed and comprehensively consulted before being enacted into law. Also, it has agreed to review all the laws’ provisions comprehensively.

The MCA is seeking feedback on rules from stakeholders through its website’s e-consultation platform. The deadline for comments is 30 days from the posting of the rules, starting January 25, focusing on the Companies Act 2013 and the LLP Act 2008.
