Bela Rajan Ceases to be Independent Director of Lloyds Engineering Works On Completion of Second Term

Bela Rajan completed her second term as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Lloyds Engineering Works Limited and consequently ceased to be a Director of the company from August 31, 2026.

Bela Rajan has more than two decades of experience in Public Relations, Media and Communications. She is the Founder and Director of Sampark Public Relations Pvt. Ltd. She has played a key role in nurturing prominent corporate clients and later entered into a joint venture with Ketchum Inc. to establish Ketchum Sampark, where she spearheaded new initiatives in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) space. She has held several leadership and industry positions, including serving on the Editorial Board of the Advertising Club of Mumbai and as Chairperson of FLO (Ladies Organisation of FICCI), Mumbai Chapter, during 2010–11. She did Postgraduate in Law and Journalism.
