Gautam Doshi Concludes His Tenure As Independent Director Of Suzlon Energy
Gautam Doshi has retired as Independent Director of Suzlon Energy Limited, effective May 4, 2026, after completing his second term.
Doshi has over four decades of experience in professional practice, advising industrial groups and business families. He serves on the Boards of listed and unlisted companies. He has been involved in structuring and executing domestic and cross-border transactions, including deals linked to companies listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the FTSE 100. He has spoken at seminars organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and other institutions. He has also served on its council and committees, contributing to education and taxation-related initiatives. His areas of work include mergers and acquisitions, taxation, transfer pricing, accounting, and corporate law. Doshi is a chartered accountant with a master’s degree in commerce.
