Magnus Lennart Prick, Bastian Thomas & Antonio Molle Join SKF India As Non-Independent Directors

Magnus Lennart Prick, Bastian Thomas, and Antonio Molle have been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors (Additional Directors) on the Board of SKF India Limited, w.e.f. January 13, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Additionally, Kerstin Enochsson, Karl Robin Joakim Landholm, and Mukund Vasudevan have resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors with effect from January 12, 2026, due to their other occupancies and commitments.

Prick is currently Head of Automotive Corporate Legal at SKF India and has over 15 years of experience in corporate law, including M&A, governance, commercial contracts, and other business law matters. He has previously worked with Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, and the Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on corporate law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in accounting, both from the University of Gothenburg.

Thomas is currently Director and Head of Sales for Americas, EMEA, and India at SKF, overseeing global account management, regional key accounts, application engineering, and customer experience. He previously worked with BMW Group in supply chain and R&D positions, served as Managing Director (MD) at TQ Group GmbH, was Senior Director and Head of Global Procurement of Interior at Volvo Cars, and Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of Group Supply Chain at Grammer AG. He holds a degree in business engineering with a major in mechanical engineering from the University of Applied Science, Munich.

Molle is currently SKF Group Global Operations Director for Automotive. He has over 30 years of experience with SKF in Italy and worldwide, serving in management roles across operations. He was involved in the sale of Airasca cages and the acquisition of Bulgarian plants. Earlier in his career, he worked with Comag Srl in Cassino from 1993 to 1994. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialisation in heat transmission from Cassino University (1993) and completed a doctoral thesis on thermodynamic machines titled “Gas turbines with heated expansion and cooled compression” under Professor Jannelli.
