Ramanand Adhikari Retires As General Manager (Chemical) Of Hindustan Copper
Ramanand Adhikari has retired as General Manager (Chemical) of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) on attaining the age of superannuation, effective November 30, 2025.
Adhikari has extensive experience in the chemical and mining sectors and has served as DGM at Hindustan Copper Limited since 1995, leading major technology upgradation projects and reporting to the CMD in Kolkata. His earlier role at the company included AGM (Chemical) with key work in copper electrolytic refining and metals recovery. He began his career at Hindustan Unilever Ltd., managing sulfuric and phosphoric acid plant operations. He holds a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law, a Management Diploma, a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, and a B.Sc in Chemistry.
