Aditya Birla Group’s Chairman, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Joins USISPF Board & Executive Committee

Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group, has joined the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF).

Birla has over three decades of experience in leadership and has driven over 60 acquisitions and expanded the Aditya Birla Group’s turnover 30-fold. He chairs the Boards of the Group’s key companies and has built a meritocratic organisation of over 187,000 employees from more than 100 nationalities. He has held roles on major regulatory bodies, including the RBI and SEBI. He received the Padma Bhushan in 2023 and multiple leadership awards. He is the Chancellor of BITS and has chaired IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi. He also leads large-scale community outreach through the Group’s social initiatives, impacting over 11 million people annually.
