Hemant Bhuwania Set To Step Down As CFO Of Texmaco Rail & Engineering

Hemant Bhuwania, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited, has tendered his resignation to pursue new opportunities and will be relieved of his duties effective March 31, 2025.

Bhuwania is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been associated with the company for the past 12 years in the Finance and Accounts Department. Currently serving as the CFO, he has made significant contributions to the organisation, particularly in the areas of fundraising, corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, costing, and banking and finance.
