Alembic Pharmaceuticals’ Independent Director Dr. Archana Hingorani Retires

Dr. Archana Hingorani retires as an Independent Director of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited with effect from February 03, 2025.

Dr. Hingorani, Co-Founder of Siana Capital Investments, has over 20 years in private equity, contributing to 14 funds, over 160 investments, and USD 15 billion in capitalisation. Previously, she has held positions like CEO at IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd. (IIML) and Independent Board Member at Grindwell Norton Ltd. She was a founding member of the alternative asset practice in 1996 and she was India’s first private equity fund manager to raise international funds. Dr. Hingorani holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Mumbai and a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
