Ramni Nirula Concludes Her Term As Independent Director Of DCM Shriram

Ramni Nirula completed her term as an Independent Director of DCM Shriram Limited and consequently has retired effective February 02, 2025.

Nirula has over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector and began her career with erstwhile ICICI Ltd. in 1976 in the project appraisal division and held various leadership positions. She was part of the top management team involved in transforming ICICI Bank from a term-lending institution into a technology-driven financial services group with a strong presence in India’s retail financial market. She served as Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Securities Ltd. She was also responsible for establishing the Government Banking and Corporate Agri Group in New Delhi. Nirula retired as Senior General Manager of ICICI Bank Ltd.
