
ICICI Lombard General Insurance Appoints Girish Sehgal As Chief Of Customer Experience, Support, & Operations
The Board of Directors of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited has approved the appointment of Girish Sehgal as Chief of Customer Experience, Support, and Operations, as Key Management Person and Senior Management Personnel (KMP & SMP), with effect from January 21, 2025.
Girish Sehgal has over 23 years of experience in the financial sector, primarily at ICICI Bank. He has worked in wealth management, servicing high-net-worth clients, managing retail deposits, and overseeing voice channels like phone banking and e-relationship management. Sehgal has contributed to enhancing customer experience through AI-driven projects and implemented technological solutions such as Virtual Hold and Systemic Call Back. He also led an outbound team of e-relationship managers to handle client service requests. Sehgal holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Jodhpur University (1995), an MBA in Marketing from R.A. Podar Institute of Management, and completed a Management Development Program at IIM Kolkata.
