Ravi K. Rungta and Dr. C. K. Shivanna Retire as Non-Executive Independent Directors of CPCL

Ravi Kumar Rungta and Dr. C. K. Shivanna have retired as Non-Executive Independent Directors from the Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), effective November 16, 2024.

Ravi Kumar Rungta holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Calcutta University and brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He currently serves as the Director of Ravi Realcons Private Limited.

Dr. C. K. Shivanna holds a postgraduate degree in medicine from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. He is the proprietor of Shiva Health Care.
