Jeevan Mondkar, Company Secretary Of Apcotex Industries, Has Resigned

Jeevan Mondkar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Apcotex Industries Limited, has resigned from the position due to personal reasons with effect from October 15, 2024.

Jeevan Mondkar has expertise as an in-house Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, having worked for large publicly traded companies such as the Welspun Group and international corporations such as Merck and P&G. He specialises in business law, contract draughting and negotiation, legal research, litigation management, and compliance. He has successfully defended key lawsuits involving winding-up petitions, intellectual property rights, and labour disputes. In honour of his efforts, he got the P&G Global CEO Award for 2018-19.
