Sukanya Kripalu Completes Her Second Term As Independent Director Of ABFRL

Sukanya Kripalu ceased to be an Independent Director of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL) w.e.f. October 12, 2024, consequent to the completion of her second term of five years.

Sukanya Kripalu has over 28 years of experience. She has helped Nestle, Cadbury, and Kellogg’s brands succeed, including Maggi, Perk, and Frosties launches. She eventually worked as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Quadra Advisory. She now operates Sukanya Consulting. She also serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of UltraTech Cement, Pantaloons Fashion & Retail, HPPL, and Positive Packaging Industries. She is also on the Board of Huhtamaki. She graduated from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
