CFO Rakesh Agarwal To Step Down From Metropolis Healthcare

Rakesh Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Metropolis Healthcare Limited has resigned with effect from November 10, 2024. Consequently, Agarwal shall also cease to be a Key Management Personnel (KMP).

Rakesh Agarwal is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has over 24 years of experience. Previously, he has worked as Bharti Airtel’s Finance Controller for India, as well as at Dishnet Wireless and Usha International. He has received several honours, including the FE CFO of the Year Award (2021), the Financial Star Award, and the Top 100 CFO Award.
