K.G. Krishnamurthy Resigned As Independent Director Of Ajmera Realty & Infra India

K.G. Krishnamurthy has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited due to preoccupation and other commitments along with his Chairmanship and membership in various committees, with effect from September 26, 2024.

K.G. Krishnamurthy previously served as MD and CEO of HDFC Property Ventures Ltd. (HPVL), following his role as Senior General Manager–Technical Services at HDFC. He has over three decades of experience in the real estate sector, and he has also contributed to the Asian Development Bank’s housing package for project-affected persons under the Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Project and assisted USAID in developing a mortgage market in Sri Lanka. He currently serves on the Boards of Booker India Ltd., JM Financial Credit Solutions Ltd., Vascon Engineers Ltd., MMK Toll Road Pvt. Ltd., Shriram Properties Ltd., and Puravankara Ltd. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and holds a management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
