Hi-tech Gears Announces Retirement of Four Independent Directors Following Completion of Second Term

Anil Kumar Khanna, Sandeep Dinodia, Vinit Taneja, and Krishna Chandra Verma have retired as Non-Executive Independent Directors of Hi-tech Gears Limited, effective from the close of business hours on September 17, 2024, upon completing their second term in office.

Anil Kumar Khanna serves as Chairman & Managing Director of United Leasing & Industries Ltd., Director & Vice President at ITF Licensing (UK) Ltd., and is a Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Additionally, he is a partner at RKJK Khanna & Co.

Sandeep Dinodia remains an Independent Director at Ester and the Chairman of its Audit Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and an L.L.B. from Delhi University. Since 1984, he has been a Fellow Chartered Accountant (F.C.A.) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also empanelled with the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA, and is a partner at S. R. Dinodia & Co. LLP.
