P. Balaji Resigned From The Board Of Directors Of Tata Technologies

Pathamadai Balachandran Balaji has resigned as Non-Executive Director of Tata Technologies Limited, with effect from August 14, 2024.

Since March 30, 2018, he has been serving as a Non-Executive Director at the company. Prior to this, in November 2017, he took on the role of group CFO at Tata Motors Ltd. He also serves on the Boards of Tata Consumer Products Ltd., Jaguar Land Rover, and Tata Motors Finance Group. With nearly three decades of experience in the corporate sector, P. Balaji has worked extensively in both the FMCG and automotive industries. Before his tenure at Tata Motors, he held the position of CFO at Hindustan Unilever. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, and holds a postgraduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
