Kajaria Ceramics Appoints Rajender Mohan Malla as Independent Director

The shareholders of Kajaria Ceramics Limited have approved the appointment of Rajender Mohan Malla as an Independent Director for five years, with effect from April 1, 2024.

The shareholders have also approved the continuation of Dev Datt Rishi as the Non-Executive Director of the company.

Malla, with experience spanning four decades, has held senior roles in prominent banks and financial institutions, including IDBI Bank, SIDBI, IFCI, and PTC India Financial Services. He also served as the MD and CEO of PTC India Financial Services from 2013 to 2015 and as the CMD of IDBI from 2010 to 2013. Presently, he serves as a Director for various companies. He has a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, an M.Com. from the University of Delhi, and an MBA from the University of Delhi’s Faculty of Management Studies.
