Dhananjay N. Mungale has completed his term as an Independent Director of Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited and consequently ceased to be a Director with effect from May 26, 2024.

Dhananjay N. Mungale is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has experience in the fields of Capital Market, International Finance, and Merchant Banking. Mungale has had a distinguished career with Bank of America and DSP Merrill Lynch, specialising in corporate, private, and investment banking in both India and Europe. He serves on the Boards of various public, private, and non-governmental entities. Based in Mumbai, he provides advisory services across India and Europe, playing diverse roles in multiple sectors, both corporate and pro-bono. He is a Director at Kalpataru, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, Mahindra CIE Automotive, Mahindra Logistics, NOCIL, Samson Maritime, and LICHFL Asset Management Company.
