ADF Foods Appoints Retired Bureaucrat M. M. Srivastava as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of ADF Foods Limited has appointed M. M. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), as an Additional Director in the category of Non-executive Independent Director for five years, with effect from May 9, 2024. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

M. M. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), 71, has wide administrative and corporate experience. Srivastava has held various positions in government departments, including Member (Finance), Gujarat Electricity Board, Managing Director of Gujarat Agro Industries Corporation, Secretary in Finance Department, Commissioner of Commercial Tax Department, Principal Secretary to Energy and Petrochemicals Department, and Additional Chief Secretary to Finance Department, Government of Gujarat. He is a Director at Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation and Gujarat State Petronet. He graduated in science from Delhi University and has completed his Masters in physics from Delhi University. He has also done an MBA in marketing from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
