ICICI Securities Appoints T.K. Srirang as Joint Managing Director

The Board of Directors of ICICI Securities Limited has approved the appointment of T.K. Srirang as the Joint Managing Director designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from May 1, 2024, for five years. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The Board has also approved the reappointment of Vijay Chandok as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, with effect from May 7, 2024, until the date of his retirement on February 28, 2026. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

T.K. Srirang is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, head of the Human Resources function, and Infrastructure Management Services Group for ICICI Bank. He is a member of the Governing Council of ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. He also oversees the human resources function for ICICI Group companies. He is a member of the Governing Body of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIIT-B). He joined the bank in 2001 and has been playing an instrumental role in setting up and scaling the bank’s Retail, SME, Wholesale Banking, International Banking and Digital franchise as a key part of the bank’s growth strategy. He has been a trusted advisor to the Executive Board across ICICI Group companies in his 23 years with the group. He has work experience at organisations like ICI India, Coca-Cola India, besides ICICI Bank. He holds an MBA degree and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
