Company Secretary of Schneider Electric Infra Bhumika Sood Resigned

Bhumika Sood, the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited has tendered her resignation to pursue her career outside the organisation. The Management has accepted her resignation on March 28, 2024.

Prior to Schneider Electric, Bhumika Sood has worked with Vedanta, Spice Group, Bharti Airtel, and ABA Builders. She has done LLB from Delhi University, B.Com. from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University, and Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute.
