Shah Alloys Appoints Mitesh Jariwala and Bipinbhai Gosalia as Independent Directors

The Board of Directors of Shah Alloys Limited has approved the appointment of Mitesh Vasantbhai Jariwala and Bipinbhai Amulakhbhai Gosalia as additional directors in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Directors, with effect from February 24, 2024. The appointment is for a period of five years, subject to the approval of the members of the company. They have also been appointed to the Board of S.A.L. Steel Limited, a subsidiary of Shah Alloys.
Mitesh Vasantbhai Jariwala has more than 22 years of experience as a banking professional in NRI Business, Wealth Management, Private Banking and Investment and Finance. Jariwala has played a pivotal role in the set-up, training, and development of new branches of the banks for NRI businesses and various products. He is a pioneer in starting offshore businesses, building books, and generating revenues from offshore businesses. His expertise includes wealth management, Financial Planning, asset allocation, evaluation of working capital requirements, finalisation and examination of financial statements, audit reports, etc.
Bipinbhai Amulakhbhai Gosalia has more than 48 years of experience in the accounting and finance domain. Gosalia has held senior positions in some of the renowned organisations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Apart from his vast experience in the accounts and finance domains, he has also successfully led the real estate business in his previous organisation. He is also experienced in General Administration, Material Management, Company Law Matters and dispute resolution through arbitration.
