Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Appoints Manish Goel as Chief Projects Officer

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited has approved the appointment of Manish Goel as the Chief Projects Officer and Senior Management Personnel with effect from February 22, 2024.

Manish Goel has over 30 years of experience in project management and development advisory for hospitality, retail, healthcare, residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. Goel was heading the project management vertical (greenfield projects) for Cushman & Wakefield, India, overseeing 100+ projects involving large capex in all spheres of real estate, including hospitality, IT parks, hospitals, education, industrial, and warehousing throughout the length and breadth of the country. He has managed and delivered multiple projects in hospitality with ITC, Taj, JW Marriott, Hyatt, the Westin, and others. He is a B.E. in civil engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala. He has attended an Executive Programme on Leading Professional Service Firms from IIM-A and an Executive Programme on Leadership Lab from ISB, Hyderabad.
