Manoj Sonawala has been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Boards of M/s. Piyush Pratap Investments Private Limited, an investment arm of the Potential Group of Companies, and M/s. Niva Exim Private Limited, an export-import arm of the Potential Group of Companies. He is also appointed as Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive and Independent Director at Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited for a term of five years with effect from April 1, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders and members of the company.
