Aishwarya Srivastava Resigns as Company Secretary of Bang Overseas

Aishwarya Srivastava has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bang Overseas Limited. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities on November 10, 2023.

Aishwarya Srivastava is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institution of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to Bang Overseas she worked with Bharat Electronics Limited as CS and Management Trainee.
