Chivukula Vasudev appointed as the CFO of Ramky Infrastructure

Ramky Infrastructure announced the appointment of Chivukula Vasudev from the post of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 30th August 2023. He replaced Ajay Masand.

Vasudev is a Management Professional with expertise in the areas of Strategic Finance, Business Sustenance, Project Finance, EPC, and PPP in metro rail and airports mega Projects. Vasudev has handled several projects worth Rs.285 billion, Process Improvements, Resources including Working Capital Optimization, Organic and Inorganic Business Growth, People Development, Arbitration, RERA, Insolvency Profession, Corporate Towards sustainable growth Governance, value creation, Decision-making and problem-solving competencies. Vasudev brings with him 34 years of rich and diversified experience across industries. Before joining Ramky, he had an enriching splendid experience at L&T Construction and he was the CFO of L&T Geostructure Private Limited. In addition, he is a life member of the Independent Director Repository IICA/MCA and is very keen on facilitating Board effectiveness with sound Business ethics and Good Governance. Chivukula Vasudev is a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICMAI) and Associate Company Secretary Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He did his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and specialised in Finance, Strategy and HRM. He completed the Strategic Finance Leadership program at the Wharton University of Pennsylvania.
