Aruna B Advani Ceased to be an Independent Director of Coromandel International

Coromandel International announced the Retirement of Independent Director Aruna B Advani with effect from 29th August 2023. She is the former Executive Chairman of Ador Welding Limited (AWL). She also served on the Board of several associate companies of AWL. She had been associated with AWL for over 40 years. She is currently on the Board of Metro Brands Limited. Advani has vast experience in the area of General Management and Strategic Financial Planning. She is a Science Graduate (Hons) from the University of Sussex and has also done the Owners Management Programme from Harvard Business School and Strategic Financial Planning from IIM Ahmedabad.
