Meghmani Organics announced generational change in the Board

Meghmani Organics Limited announced the change in its Board. Executive Chairman Jayantibhai Patel resigned from his post on 22nd August 2023. Natwarlal Patel and Ashishbhai Soparkar, the Managing Directors of the company also resigned on the same date. While Ramesh bhai Patel and Anandbhai Patel Resigned from the post of Whole Time Director.

The resignations came in order to implement succession planning and to consolidate the functional responsibility and to fix accountability among the young generation. The company has appointed Ankit Patel as Chairman and Managing Director, Karana Patel as Executive Director and Darshan Patel as Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 years.
