Om Prakash Maheshwari Reappointed as Director & CFO of Career Point
Career Point Limited announced the reappointment of Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer Om Prakash Maheshwari with effect from 1st April 2024. Sanjay Khandelwal, Neha Garg and Akshya Gupta were appointed as Independent Directors on 15th August 2023. Also, Nawal Kishore Maheshwari is reappointed as Whole Time Director and Neelima Maheshwari reappointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
Om Prakash Maheshwari has more than twenty-five years of experience in Finance and Legal matters. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
Sanjay Khandelwal has more than thirty-eight years of rich exposure in areas of auditing, taxation Company Law matters etc. Sanjay Khandelwal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Sanjay Khandelwal & Associates, Kota, Rajasthan. Sanjay Khandelwal holds a graduate degree in Commerce.
Neha Garg is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) holding a Certificate of Practice. She has more than four years of rich exposure in the areas of Accounting, Auditing, Costing, Finance Taxation etc. Neha Garg holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce.
Akshya Gupta is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) holding a Certificate of Practice. He has more than five years of rich exposure in the areas of Compliance, Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, FEMA etc. Gupta holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce. He is a member of the Tax Bar Association-Kota, Secretary of the Kota Chapter of NIRC of ICSI and a member of the PCS committee of the NIRC of ICSL.
Nawal Kishore Maheshwari possesses more than nine years of varied experience. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. Maheshwari is actively involved in various social welfare activities, especially in the areas of education and healthcare, for the last two decades. She holds a Master’s degree in pharmacy.
