Mahendra Lodha appointed Director and CFO of PTC India Financial

PTC India Financial Services Ltd appointed Mahendra Lodha as Director and CFO on 14th June 2023.

Mahendra Lodha, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary has more than three decades of experience in the fields of Private Equity, Venture Capital, Alternative Investment Funds, and Fund of Funds (PE/VC/AIF/FOF), as well as Investment Banking and Project Finance, with a primary focus on MSMEs in India. His wealth of experience includes effectively overseeing venture capital funds, making successful investments across various sectors, and achieving profitable exits. Prior to joining PFS, Mahendra Lodha served as the Chief Executive Officer of SIDBI Venture Capital Limited (SVCL).
